Neha Malhotra, AICI- CIP is India’s First AICI Certified Image Consultant. With her sheer hard work and unfaltering determination, Neha founded Core Impression Training, India’s leading Image Consulting Training Institute providing Professional Image Consulting Courses since 2014.

The professional training courses introduced by her are stepping stone for successful future Image Consultants. As the principal Image Consultant of IICI, Neha welcomes each student to embrace their individuality and equip new skills and expertise to succeed as an Image Consultant.

Neha has imprinted her name among the world’s leading International Consultants and has won various accolades while serving a term of 3 years as the Founder and President of AICI India Chapter (2016-2019).

16+ years of experience in the Aviation & Training Industry reflects in the great mentor and trainer she has proved to be as an image consultant.She is an MBA (Master in Business Administration) and her specialization in Human Resource Management has her well equipped with people skills.

Quality and standards holding supreme importance, she has launched Image Consulting Certification Program in India which focuses at making the Image consulting journey a memorable experience for new entrants.

Her Achievements

Neha is an internationally recognized Image Professional and has represented India in AICI’s International Conference – August 2015 in Washington USA; being the first Image Consultant from India to have achieved such fame and respect. Not only this, she is also the first Indian AICI Member to win an International AICI Award – The Rising Star Award 2015, presented to her at the AICI’s International Conference, held in Washington in August 2015.

As the Founding President of AICI India, she was interviewed and got featured as the “Member in Spotlight” in the AICI’s Global Magazine ISSUE – October 2016. She was awarded with the AICI – CIP Certification at AICI’s International Conference held at Chicago, USA in April 2019. Her immense contribution to the Image Consulting industry is inexplicable.

For her charisma and remarkable spirit, she was chosen as the “Most Influential Women of the World – 2017 & 2018” and got published in an International Coffee Table Book. Further, she has been awarded with the prestigious Influential Women of the World Treasure Award by Dy. British High Commissioner to India in January 2020 for her proficiency in the dynamic field of Image consulting.
